| InterPlay workshops are not lectures that teach "right" from "wrong." They're not skits that demonstrate "bad" and "good" behavior to a passive audience. In an InterPlay workshop, you get involved! Your group will participate in fun theatre games, improvisation, and interactive scenes to get you talking and working together to discover new ways of dealing with complex problems. Email today for more information or download a Needs Assessment Questionnaire to help determine the type of event appropriate for your organization. |

Three Steps to Dialogue |
||
| 1. Actors use theatre games to warm up their imaginations and to learn how to work as a team. Our easy, non-competitive games and exercises get your group in the mood to participate and have fun together. | |||
| 2. The games then shift into activities that get you talking about the issue. You'll engage in trust-building, storytelling, and listening exercises. Your group will have meaningful conversation, establishing and strengthening relationships. | |||
| 3. Finally, our experienced, trained actor/facilitators perform a scene - custom-designed for you - focusing on the issue at hand. After the performance, our facilitator leads you through a brief discussion... but we're not done yet! The scene is played again, but this time, YOU get to participate! YOU become the main character. YOU solve the problem. | |||
