Even if you cannot see diversity challenges on the surface, they exist in
almost every environment that houses a diverse group of people. This is one
reason
that companies across the globe are incorporating diversity training programs
into their overall company training regimen. However, not all diversity training
is the same. It is logical that interactive training will have a greater effect
than videos or lectures.
One reason problematic diversity issues exist in the workplace is a lack of awareness and understanding. InterPlay can help you with this.
