The type of diversity training program you decide on can make a huge difference
when it comes to real progress. At the workplace, it is usually mandatory for
employees to attend training sessions. This does not guarantee, however, that
the employees and the company as a whole will actually benefit from the training.
Diversity training should be engaging and stimulate a desire to participate
and learn.
InterPlay's diversity training activities engage participants by creating a warm atmosphere and open forum for communication.
