How does one manage diversity? Some universities and private schools try
to maintain a certain level of diversity when they admit new students each
semester.
Some corporations ensure a diverse workforce by hiring an equal number of employees
from various backgrounds and cultures. Managing diversity also means promoting
a healthy environment, whether it is at school or work.
This is where InterPlay comes in. InterPlay encourages open discussions about diversity issues by bringing interactive training workshops to you. Maintaining a healthy and diverse environment involves building trusting relationships among all people, regardless of their differences.
