Bullying: Normal? |
Bullying is not a normal part of childhood experience, according to Federal researchers. Children who engage in bullying are more likely to participate in more violent behaviors when they are older, such as fighting and carrying weapons. Victims of bullying are also more apt to engage in violent behaviors. InterPlay workshops actively engage youth in dialogue and problem solving about bullying. Students engage in games, storytelling, and interactive performances that directly address issues specific to your school. Unlike large school assemblies or guest speakers, InterPlay anti-bullying programs are intimate, working with small groups to ensure that every student is actively engaged in learning and dialogue. Email today for more information or download a Needs Assessment Questionnaire to help determine the type of event appropriate for your organization. |
